This is one dish from our Truffle lunch held at Gran Moraine winery in Mcminnville. Traditionally it is tortellini in brodo, but we put the brodo inside the tortelllini! When you bite into the tortellini it's a truffled brodo explosion, so delicious! Here is the making of the tortellini.
