We (me) are working on developing a Organic whole grain Spelt pasta, a whole grain Red Fife pasta, Barley pasta, and Hell's Dust (spicy) pasta made from a woman that grows 16 varieties of peppers (smokes and dries them) here in the Willamette Valley!
