A: Pasta Gardner was my first business where I made whole grain pasta out of locally grown wheat and distributed it to WholeFoods, Market of Choice, Kiva and many other local markets. Mission ImPASTAble is my new business venture, part food booth and part private catering. Let us have the pleasure to cater to you!

Q: DO YOU CATER TO VEGANS?
A: Yes! We can cater to just about any diet. Clients have raved about such dishes as a raw carrot soup with sesame seeds, Pasta salad with olives, meyer lemons and pears.
Q: WHAT OTHER SPECIALTIES DO YOU HAVE?
A: I am classically trained in French, I specialize in Italian and love the pacific NorthWest. I won first place in a Lamb category cooking competition also.
Q: DO YOU CATER WEDDINGS?
A: On the rare occasion we do, we are not set up at the moment to serve such large numbers. We like to focus on a personalized in home experience.
